The prices within this website supercede all previous price lists. The law of England shall apply to this Agreement irrespective of the place of delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGES
All UK deliveries will incur a flat rate fee of £4.95 per order. If you would like a delivery cost for overseas please email us

DUTIES AND TAXES
Any duties or taxes payable on purchase of The Hambledon products are the sole responsibilty of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties/tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s).

PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Delta. Alternatively we do accept UK Bank cheques sent with an order to the address stated below with a cheque made payable to "The Hambledon".

RETURNS
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect in any way, please return the item to us within 10 days and we will arrange for a complete refund or a replacement according to your own wishes. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your order, please telephone our customer service department on 01962 890055 or e-mail us at shop@thehambledon.com for an immediate

response to your query. All claims for non delivery or other queries should be made to us within 21 working days from us receiving your order.
