Triple Mint Blossom Crystal Choker
During a long career at Erickson Beamon; a leading costume house based in Belgravia, Pieter Louis Erasmus worked his way up to become the design assistant to the owner and created one-off items for many catwalk shows, including Dries van Noten, Alexander McQueen and Givenchy. After a trip to Rome, his boss said she had seen depictions of St. Erasmus everywhere and that if he started his own business, that should be its name: and he did in 2002.
This is the centre piece of the collection and so magnificent it will make any outfit! The main body of the necklace is made of clear glass crystals, over-woven with crocheted silver thread and interspersed with pearl beads. The front of the piece features three floral-style 3D creations of mint, opal and blush crystals, sequins and beads. It is hard to explain just how beautiful this is and how it catches the light and makes it dance. And to top it all it is surprisingly lightweight! The necklace is curved so sits naturally and the extender means you can wear it higher to the neck, or lower to follow the line of a dress. It has a pretty pearl-beaded extender with 2 extra loops so you can easily modify the length.
Made from handmade silver zari thread crochet with glass crytals and beads. Nickel and lead free.
Comes with drawstring dust-bag
Made by St. Erasmus
The necklace is curved but the central straight drop from back to mid-jewel on the front is approx. 19cm. The extenders add an additional 2 and 3.5cm in length.
