One of Paris’s oldest sweet shops, Maison Boissier was founded by Bélissaire Boissier in 1827 to the delight of the ladies of Paris's high society and its reputation for fine confections has endured for nearly two centuries. This ingenouis confectioner invented the now famous "ball" candy (“bonbons boule” - favoured in his day by Victor Hugo), developed the original recipe for glazing chestnuts (marron glacé) and delicately scented wafer-thin chocolate petals. A true artisanal brand, Boissier continues to stand out for their authentic, occasionally nostalgic products, derived from the best raw materials and made without preservatives to exclusive secret recipes. A brand of tradition and innovation, they create and invent with great skill and love for their craft, right down to the packaging.
These small plump candy squares are flavoured with fruit pulp (apricot, cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry, orange and apple) and are presented in a beautiful oyster pink and gold patterned tin.
Allergens : May contain traces of nuts, milk and butter.
